2001 - to present - Marriage Commissioner for the Province of Manitoba.

1990 - to 2005 - Registered Rehabilitation Professional (Addictions) CARP.

1992 - to present - Executive Director and Addictions Therapist for Clean & Sober, duties include counseling for drug, alcohol, gambling, sexual & other addictions; marriage counseling; group counseling; anger management counseling.

1992 - 2002 - Supervise contract workers at Stony Mountain Institution, Rockwood Institution & Winnipeg Parole, delivery of Correctional Services of Canada Programs dealing with substance abuse, relapse prevention, family issues, life line & community reintegration.

1990 - 1992 - Agassiz Youth Centre, Province of Manitoba - Juvenile Counselor.

1984 - 1991 - Salvation Army of Canada, Pastoral Student, Executive Assistant & Pastor, then Executive Director & Pastor Salvation Army's Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center 160 Queen Street, Toronto, Ontario.

1979 - 1984 - Province of Manitoba's Seven Oaks Centre for Youth - Juvenile Counselor / Supervisor.
